DURING 2012 THE USENTRA PERSONNEL TRUST WAS ESTABLISHED.

The main aim of the Trust is to offer financial support to employees of the company in an attempt to better their quality of life and offer support for previously disadvantaged children in their pre and post higher education studies. The trust is funded by the company on an annual basis. The funds so appropriated is based on a percentage of the net profit of the company and is determined in the sole discretion of the board of directors.

Each employee receives a 14th cheque annually at the end of the financial year. The employees pro rata share in the allocation is determined by his/hers years of employment and performance within the work environment. The performance is judged by tenants of the company and the executive management.
